Having lived most of my life in Tennessee, but now living in North Carolina, I have watched from afar the wildfires that affected the Great Smoky Mountains in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge this week with a broken heart. I have wanted to do something to help, but I also did not want it to seem that we were trying to profit on these tragedies. But after a phone call yesterday with someone simply hoping to replace a shirt lost in the fires because it "was her father's favorite," we have decided to offer this tee. We know others shirt companies are doing the same, but this is our way of trying to help from our home in North Carolina. We'll be donating a portion of the profit to Dolly Parton's My People Fund.
